Our Mission

Alliance Anglophone exists to transform English skills into employability, employability into income, and income into long-term career opportunities.

More than an English school

Alliance Anglophone is a career-driven English and employability platform. We connect language learning with real professional outcomes: communication, confidence, workplace readiness, and access to better opportunities.

Our vision is simple: English should not remain only a subject to study. It should become a practical tool for work, income, dignity, and personal growth.

What problem do we address?

Many learners study English for years without becoming ready to use it professionally. Alliance Anglophone responds to this gap by linking English directly to employability.

Low practical confidence

Many learners know some English but hesitate to speak, write, or use it in real work situations.

Weak job readiness

English alone is not enough. Learners also need interview skills, CV preparation, workplace communication, and professional discipline.

Limited career pathways

Madagascar has growing opportunities in tourism, BPO, NGOs, logistics, maritime work, and remote services, but many candidates are not yet prepared for them.

Our transformation pathway

We design English learning as a bridge between language ability and economic opportunity.

1

English Skills

Practical vocabulary, speaking, listening, writing, and confidence.

2

Employability

CV, interviews, workplace communication, soft skills, and discipline.

3

Income

Better preparation for jobs, services, freelance work, and professional opportunities.

4

Career Growth

Long-term confidence, continued learning, and stronger professional mobility.

Our core mission pillars

Alliance Anglophone combines training, career preparation, and impact-oriented learning.

Professional English

We teach English for practical use: work, interviews, customer service, meetings, communication, and real-life confidence.

Career Readiness

We help learners prepare for employment through CV support, interview practice, workplace simulation, and soft skills.

Learning Access

We are preparing a future resource and career library to support continued learning, self-study, and long-term growth.

Sector Pathways

We develop English tracks connected to tourism, hospitality, BPO, NGOs, development work, logistics, maritime work, and remote services.

Social Impact

We aim to support youth, learners in transition, and people seeking better access to employment and economic mobility.

Partnerships

We work toward collaboration with companies, institutions, NGOs, and projects that need English and employability training.

The project is designed to track progress and not only deliver lessons.
